Ordering and business hours

When placing a non-web order, use your customer number and have our order number(s) ready. The same information should appear on orders faxed, mailed, or emailed to AllPoints.

Shipping, handling, etc. are payable by the customer.

Parts research

If you have a question concerning one of our parts, or a part you need but don't see online or in our printed catalog, call and ask for Inside Sales.

Special orders are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and returned goods policy. Any advice given is given on the basis that it represents our best judgment under given circumstances. Such advice is to be used solely at the recipient's risk.

Shipping*

Normal orders are shipped the least expensive way, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipments exceeding 150 lbs. may be shipped truck freight at AllPoints' discretion. Drop shipments are available only to open account/credit card orders - no COD's will be drop shipped. Shipping fees are based on zip code, type of address (Commercial or Residential), and dimensional or actual weight of the package. Your shipping charges are determined at the time of shipping.

Terms and conditions of service

We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped complete and on time. The guarantee does not apply to our carrier shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond control, including but not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God including weather delays; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters.

Wire transfers

  • International customers may wire any amount - your bank Fees are at your expense.
  • Domestic customers may only wire amounts over $1,000 - your bank fees are at your expense.
