Web orders without an AllPoints account must be paid with a credit card and are charged list price. If you qualify for a full account with AllPoints, verification takes several days. Discounts and credits cannot be given for pre-account web orders once a full account is opened. Orders shipped to CT, IL, and NV will be charged sales tax.
